Ankara - The International Business Forum ( IBF) pledged Friday to enhance economic cooperation with the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) countries.

According to a final statement released by the 10th IBF Congress in Istanbul, the IBF said that economic integration between the IBF and OIC countries must be established in order to have a better cooperation and understanding.

The statement said that development of a common market and common currency fund is necessary for financial expansion of the international procedures of the OIC countries.

It also called for "buy Palestinian goods" campaigns to increase the world awareness for the Palestinian goods.

"Big projects, trade and business should be encouraged in Palestinians," said the statement.

The 10th International Business Forum Congress was organized by Turkey's Independent Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (MUSIAD) in Istanbul.

Representatives from 55 countries attended the two-day congress.
