Ramallah-PalPress-A militant shot dead a Palestinian citizen today after noon in Khan Yunis southern of Gaza Strip .

Eye witnesses said that Akram Al Masri wass shot dead after a militant fired a number of bullets in his head at a close range  while he was getting out of the magistrate court under the control of Hamas lawless movement in Khan Yunis.

The witnesses confirmed that the murderer was not masked and expected the murder to have occurred  on back ground of a family dispute amid a status of chaos and insecurity which spread every where in Gaza in light of Hamas lawless rule to the coastal Strip.
