Jerusalem-PalPress-Israel's Magistrate Court postponed consideration of the case of the PA official for Jerusalem affairs Hatem Abdel Qader until October,27,2010.
The Israeli authorities accuse Abdelqader of violating a military order barring him from the Al-Aqsa compound.
Following postponement of his trial, Abdel Qader stated that he believes he did not break any laws, "being accused of incitement is absurd and baseless", he added.
He confirmed that all the Israeli measures taken against him would not stop him from resuming his national path in defending the rights of the Palestinian people in Jerusalem or Arab character of the holy city .
Dozens of Palestinian citizens protested outside the court building in Jerusalem , raising banners in condemnation of Israel's deportation policies and actions against Abdel Qader.
